BICYCLE RENTAL
Eaton Bikes, LLC Bicycle and Equipment Rental Policies
A. Payments received for bicycle rental orders are non-refundable. No refunds for shortened rentals.
B. Lessor hereby rents to Lessee and Lessee hereby rents from Lessor the following bicycle.
a. Lessee agrees to pay the rental amount in full on demand of the Lessor.
C. As an integral part of consideration for this lease to the Lessee, the Lessee hereby represents to the Lessor and agrees as follows:
a. That he/she is familiar with the operation of rented unit, and that he/she is fully qualified, both legally and from the standpoint of experience, to operate the same without endangering the operator or third parties on their property.
b. That he/she will allow no other person to operate or occupy said rental equipment.
c. That during the Lessee's operation of said bicycle, he/she will not consume in any quantity alcoholic beverages or drugs, and that he/she will comply with all state municipal laws in connection with the operation of said bicycle, and shall be fully responsible for any violation thereof.
d. Lessee's operation of said bicycle shall be limited to the city limits of Key West, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by the Lessor.
e. Lessee's operation of said bicycle shall be limited to daylight hours unless the provided white front light and red back light are used.
f. The Lessee having examined, tested, and received said bicycle finds it to be in good working order and condition.
g. The bicycle shall not be operated to carry passengers.
h. When not in use the Lessee shall always lock and secure said bicycle to a bicycle rack.
i. The Lessee shall be bound by the terms and conditions in relation to any extension of the rental period agreed by the Lessor or in respect of any replacement bicycle rented in lieu of the original bicycle.
D. Lessee understands and acknowledges that Florida law does not require the owner operator of a bicycle, as is being leased herein, to have insurance. Lessee further acknowledges that there is no insurance coverage provided by Lessor to cover Lessee or any other operator of the bicycle herein. Lessee agrees to hold Lessor and their agents harmless for any damages or injuries which he or she may sustain incident to the operation or use of the bicycle lease hereunder.
E. Lessee agrees to return said bicycle, leased hereunder to Lessor at Lessor's place of business, 830 Eaton Street, Key West, Florida, unless Lessee otherwise contacted Lessor to schedule a pickup within the island of Key West and provided location of rental equipment.
F. Lessee agrees to pay full replacement value of rental equipment should rental equipment not be returned to Lessor's place of business or pickup location is not scheduled.
G. Lessee agrees to pay for any and all damaged or missing parts or components of rented equipment. Damaged or any other way altered parts and/or components will be replaced with new. Charges will include cost of parts, labor, and sales tax. Charges will be charged to the credit card used for this rental agreement.
H. Lessee agrees to indemnify and save Lessor harmless against any and all claims of liability of whatsoever kind of nature not otherwise covered herein and all costs and expenses including reasonable attorney fees incurred in connection there with relating or arising from the possession, use and maintenance, condition or operation of said bicycle.
I. Any ADDITION or ALTERATION of the preceding terms and conditions shall be null and void unless agreed upon in writing by the parties.
J. ALL CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL AUDIT AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS ONE OR MORE CREDIT CARD VOUCHERS FOR ALL CHARGES INCURRED HEREUNDER INCLUDING DAMAGES.

Eaton Bikes proudly guarantees the quality, performance and fit of all products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Eaton Bikes purchase or gift, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten days for your refund to be credited upon Eaton Bikes receiving your returned package.
All Eaton Bikes products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships. All products must be returned in their original condition. Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original vendor packaging and tags in order to receive a refund. Custom orders are not returnable.
If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit. Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.eaton.bike or with the Eaton Bikes Customer Service Team.
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
If a return is less than the total amount of an order paid for with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be placed on the E-Gift Card used. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Please check our contact page for holiday / special event hours. If a product purchased from Eaton Bikes has a manufacturing defect, it will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Eaton Bikes will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. The customer will be required to maintain possession of the product until the issue is resolved with the manufacturer.
